The terms that govern your use of our pharmacy services, website, and app.
These terms apply to all services provided by Aurelia Care Ltd. trading as Aurelia, including in-person consultations, dispensing, the website, and the Aurelia app.
All clinical services are provided by pharmacists registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Treatment is offered at the pharmacist's professional discretion, in line with national guidance.
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations for paid services may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Private services are payable at the time of booking or consultation. NHS services are free at the point of use to eligible patients.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our website provides general information only and is not a substitute for individual clinical advice.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the GPhC at pharmacyregulation.org.
